01 Introduction

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on ace355 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. ace355 may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your ace355 balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. For bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, this is typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your balance.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ace355 processes the majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawals within five minutes of the request being submitted. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed the same day for requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

ace355 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term takes precedence.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all ace355 promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately. Real money funds are used first when placing bets, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.

Bets placed on ace355 are final once confirmed. ace355 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical error on the platform's side. If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault, ace355 will resolve the round based on the game state at the time of interruption, using the most recent valid game data available.

ace355 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software fault, or data corruption has affected the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's balance. ace355's decision on voided rounds is final.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering purposes.
• The player has engaged in any form of bonus abuse or collusion.
• The account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting ace355 support.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ace355 will notify the player by email. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, ace355 reserves the right to forfeit all balances associated with the account.

11 Limitation of Liability
